Living On After Loss is an eight-week grief support group with meetings taking place every Monday from 5:30 to 7 p.m.
Our in-person group session covers basic newborn care, feeding, growth and parenting. The cost is $20 per couple.
Build your knowledge and confidence about the birth experience, labor, and delivery. Topics include an introduction to breastfeeding.
There are many physical, emotional and mental benefits to massages. Massages can: reduce stress and increase relaxation, reduce pain and muscle soreness, improve circulation, energy, and alertness, improve immune function, relieve nausea, and relieve lymphedema.
Free breast cancer screenings are for women 40 years of age and older with at least one year since their last mammogram. Screening includes a clinical breast exam and a 3D mammogram.
Join us for our small group exercise class each Wednesday, with sessions from 9:30 to 10 a.m. and 10 to 10:30 a.m. Sign up is required due to limited space.

Join us for our yoga class each Thursday, with sessions from 1:30 to 2 p.m. Sign up is required due to limited space.
“We’re a limb you can hold onto”. This group provides support for individuals with limb loss and their family or friends. Please join us on the third Thursday night of each month (excluding December). Note: the Disability Advocates and Resource Center is not a support group, but is a resource for people with a disability. They are located on John Hopkins Drive.
