Vidant Health Careers academic loan program

Vidant Health has established a Health Careers Academic Loan Program to encourage residents of Eastern North Carolina to complete an approved course of study leading to a degree or certification as a health professional.

Students who accept these loans must agree to enter employment with Vidant Health for a defined period of time after completion of the course of study. Repayment of loans is waived upon completion of the work commitment. If the work commitment is not completed, repayment of the loan is required. Job opportunities are available within all Vidant Health entities (Vidant Medical Center, Vidant Edgecombe Hospital, Vidant Roanoke-Chowan Hospital, Vidant Bertie Hospital, Vidant Chowan Hospital, Vidant Duplin Hospital, Vidant Beaufort Hospital and The Outer Banks Hospital).
