Aquatic Exercise Classes

Enroll in these classes for a high energy way to get a low-impact workout.

Specialty Group Exercise

Arthritis: Those with arthritis, fibromyalgia or other rheumatic diseases can benefit from warm water exercise to reduce the onset of chronic pain.

Pain Management: Reduce or manage recurring symptoms of chronic pain from disease or injury using warm water exercise and nutrition services.
