Meet the SurgiCenter Blue Folder.

We want to be here for you through every step of your surgery process by answering your questions and meeting your needs.

When you have surgery at ECU Health SurgiCenter, we provide you with a collection of documents to facilitate your visit and recovery. We call this the Blue Folder.

Every Blue Folder is different, but each one contains a welcome letter from the SurgiCenter, information about patient safety, discharge instructions, medication instructions, appointment cards, and contact information for the SurgiCenter.

The Blue Folder is important because it contains information about what to do when you leave the SurgiCenter. In order to ensure a safe and efficient recovery, be sure to carefully review the documents in your Blue Folder for any discharge and follow-up information.
