Our virtual breastfeeding class at Vidant Medical Center offers basic instruction on how to breastfeed your baby. We discuss the importance of skin to skin, breastfeeding in the first hour of birth, practices related to breastfeeding in the immediate postpartum period and breastfeeding after returning to work. Free Cancer Screenings

Vidant Cancer Care invites eligible Pitt County residents without health insurance to receive free cancer screenings. COVID safety is a top priority. We will provide a mask for all participants in order to help keep you safe. Free breast cancer screenings are for women 40 years of age and older with at least one year since their last mammogram.
