Consultative services are available to supervisors and managers for managing employees with performance and behavioral health concerns. These issues could be due to behavioral and/or work-life issues that adversely affect team behavior and negatively affect bottom-line costs.

  • Excessive absences and/or tardiness
  • Personal issues affecting productivity/performance
  • Self-disclosure of drug and/or alcohol abuse
  • Pattern of workplace conflict

Critical Incident Response


When a workplace incident occurs, managers and leaders will find this information helpful. Workplace incidents include employee death, natural catastrophe, on-the-job injury causing death, serious workplace accident, violent events on work property, serious multiple casualty incidents, traumatic death or serious injury to a coworker, traumatic deaths of children, line of duty death, and more.

Critical Incident Response is a best practice, research-based approach to assist managers and employees who need additional support after a workplace incident. Services provide assistance to those most impacted and direct them to an appropriate system of care.​
