We provide a high-level approach to meeting all fitness needs when it comes to individual conditions and or needs. These programs are fee-based and require registration to participate

Personal Training

The professional personal training staff at the Vidant Wellness Center are highly educated and experienced in the field of exercise. Flexible scheduling is available to meet your needs and you can choose from 30 minute or one-hour long sessions.  Personal training packages are designed so that the more sessions you buy, the better rate you get, and we offer three training options to provide you with the type of support you need to achieve your goals. 

Training options offered:

One-on-one, Pairs (You & a friend), or Small group ( Up to 4 people) and Stretching (15, 30 minute sessions)

Cardiac and pulmonary

These programs focus on those needing reconditioning or rehabilitation who experienced heart conditions and/or procedures as well as chronic lung conditions.




In Greenville, we offer specialized programs for those survivors looking to maintain and improve their fitness and well-being.

Basic training

For those seeking an intense, no-excuses workout that will take your fitness to a new level, this 4-week, hard-core indoor fitness program features a variety of exercises and activities designed to up your game, help you lose weight and get fit at all of our locations.
