There are many circumstances that could inadvertently cause a delay in receiving your medication, including weather-related events (hurricane, snow/ice storm, flooding), manufacturer supply issues, or additional information required by your insurance company. We strongly recommend maintaining at least a 7 day supply of medication on hand at all times to minimize the risk of running out due to unexpected delays. If an emergency situation occurs, our team will proactively contact you to review your supply on hand and determine a solution, if needed, until the emergency situation has passed.
