517 Moye Medical Center - Adult and Pediatric Health Care
At 517 Moye Medical Center - Adult and Pediatric Health Care, our philosophy of care is to make it personal. We believe that being healthy is a lot more than finding a doctor when you or someone you love gets sick or injured. It’s about having a primary doctor who knows your health history and sees you at least a few times a year. That relationship is key to achieving optimal health, managing your health over time and receiving more effective care when something just doesn’t “feel right.”
No matter your age or stage, we’re here to provide the care you need, with services like:
Adult health maintenance – routine immunizations, women’s health care, health coaching, counseling and Medicare wellness visits
Care coordination for adolescents and adults with chronic illnesses and special care needs
By combining patient education about lifestyle changes with the use of medication and other devices, we help those living with endocrine disorders reduce symptoms and improve their quality of life.
