Vidant Health hospitals lift visitation restrictions for children

April 23, 2018 posted by Erica Mizelle

Due to a decrease in flu activity and viral respiratory illnesses, Vidant Health is able to lift the temporary visitor restrictions for those 12 and younger.

Starting Tuesday, April 24, ALL Vidant hospitals will now welcome healthy visitors of all ages.

Vidant values family presence when loved ones are in the hospital. For the safety of patients and team members, family and visitors of any age should not come to the hospital if they have symptoms of a cold or flu, fever, diarrhea, vomiting or headaches. Thank you for partnering with us to provide your loved ones the best care possible.
