Dr. Paul R. Woodard joins Vidant Multispecialty Clinic in Tarboro

TARBORO, NC – Dr. Paul R. Woodard, an internal medicine physician, has joined Vidant Multispecialty Clinic in Tarboro. 

He manages blood pressure problems, diabetes, psychiatric issues and other chronic conditions. 

Dr. Woodard trained at Vidant Medical Center and The Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University, where he learned first-hand the health needs of eastern North Carolina. He has family ties to the community. “My mother was born in Tarboro and I have spent much of my life in the eastern part of the state,” Dr. Woodard said. “I am thankful to have the opportunity to serve its fine people.”

He joins Dr. Donneshia Moore in the internal medicine clinic, which is a nationally certified patient-centered medical home. This designation demonstrates the health care team’s commitment to providing primary care that’s comprehensive, well-coordinated, easy to access and of high quality.
