Courtney Evans, certified nurse practitioner joins Vidant Cardiology

GREENVILLE- Courtney Evans, a certified nurse practitioner, joined Vidant Cardiology located at 850 WH Smith Boulevard on June 29.

Evans earned a master’s in nursing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her areas of interest include cardiovascular disease, heart failure, hypertension, diagnostic testing, and cardiovascular risk factor modification.

“As an eastern North Carolina native, I am excited to join Vidant Cardiology as a nurse practitioner,” Evans said. “I am committed to enhancing the quality of life to the people in my community through compassionate and exceptional care.”

Vidant Cardiology, a large cardiology group is composed of 12 board certified physicians 3 Physician Assistants and 3 Nurse Practitioners. Vidant Cardiology provides comprehensive cardiovascular care to the people of eastern North Carolina.
