We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. We encourage patients to schedule appointments in advance, but try to accommodate same-day visits as scheduling permits.

Thomas DiMartino, MD
Dr. DiMartino has been practicing in Edenton since August 1994. He attended Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tenn., and is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice. Dr. DiMartino completed his internship and residency at Greenville Hospital Systems in Greenville, SC.
Joseph Pye, MD
Dr. Pye joined Vidant Family Medicine - Edenton in August 2009. He received his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies and completed family practice residency in June 2009 at the University of North Carolina Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro.
Richard Vaughn, MD
Dr. Vaughn joined the practice in April 2009. He is board certified in family medicine and geriatric medicine. He received his medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine and completed residency training at the University of North Carolina Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro.
Linda Abbott, FNP
Linda Abbott received her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in nursing from George Mason University in Arlington, VA. She received her Nurse Practitioner license from George Washington School of Medicine and Health Sciences. Mrs. Abbott has been practicing in this area since August 1995.
