Tracey Respess is a family nurse practitioner at ECU Health Family Medicine - Chocowinity and a lifelong resident of Beaufort County. She offers comprehensive primary care services and her clinical areas of interest are diabetes management and pediatric care.

Tracey is married and has two daughters and two German Shepherds. During her free time, she enjoys crossfit, gardening and making trips to the beach.
